Individuals: You need to provide a copy of the front and back of your ID card, residence permit, driver's license, health insurance card, military ID card, household registration transcript, passport or international driver's license as proof of identity.
For firms, companies or corporate bodies: You need to provide a copy of Business Registration Transcript, Change of Company Registration Form or Uniform Numbering Notification, and the front and back of the person in charge's Identity Card, Residence Permit, Driving License, Health Insurance Card, Military Identity Card, Transcript of Household Registration, Passport or International Driving License as proof of identity.
You may add a watermark “for Simple Information identity verification only”, but it must not obscure any important information.
We are a registered Taiwanese company in accordance with the provisions of the service in this country, in principle, by the government agencies require (criminal cases, copyright law, etc.), we must come forward to provide user information, this is to protect us, but also to minimize abuse.
All services that require authentication will be marked with the words KYC Required and Real Name Authentication on the product purchase page.
We reserves the right to refute the authentication, if there is any abnormality in your uploaded documents, the Company may require you to provide other supporting documents for verification.
It is recommended that you complete the identity verification process before placing an order to avoid delaying the opening of the service.
After you have logged in to your account, you can click on Identity Verification from the menu at the top right corner of the official website to enter the Identity Verification form.
After you have prepared the relevant documents, please click Verify to upload the documents.
We will complete the verification within 3 working days and inform you of the result.
