# Port / Service Limit

In order to protect the quality of use of all customers, and to avoid abuse and violation of the law, our company takes the initiative to block the following ports/services.

### Port Blocking

* TCP/22 (SSH, Egress Only)
* TCP/23 (Telnet, Egress Only)
* TCP/25 (SMTP, Egress Only)
* TCP/445 (SMB, Egress Only)
* TCP/465 (SMTPS, Egress Only)
* TCP/587 (SMTPS, Egress Only)
* TCP/3389 (RDP, Egress Only)
* TCP/5900 (VNC, Egress Only)

### Service Blocking

* Taiwan Government Service Network (GSN)
* Taiwan Academic Network (TANet) (Allowed by default for academic institutions and corporate clients)
* Taiwan, Overseas Shopping Sites
* Taiwan, Overseas Financial Institutions / Fintech

If you need to unlock any of the above ports or services, please write to us to inform us of the reason and provide us with a certificate of guarantee.
