# 身份認證說明

### 您需準備之資料

個人戶：您需提供身分證、居留證、駕照、健保卡、軍人身分證、戶籍謄本、護照或國際駕照之正反面影本作為身分證明文件。

行號、公司或法人團體戶：您需提供《商業登記抄本》、《公司變更登記表》或《統一編號編配通知書》，及負責人（或代理人、具授權人）身分證、居留證、駕照、健保卡、軍人身分證、戶籍謄本、護照或國際駕照之正反面影本作為身分證明文件。

您可加註浮水印，「僅供簡單資訊有限公司身份驗證使用」，但不得遮擋任何重要資訊。

### 為何要身份認證

1. 本公司係依規定登記的台灣公司，於本國之服務，原則上受政府單位要求（刑案、著作權法等），我們即必須出面提供使用者資料，此舉是為了保護我們，也為了減少濫用。
2. 所有需要身份認證之服務，均會於產品購買頁面中標明 KYC Required、需實名認證之字樣。

### 如何完成身份認證

本公司對身份認證保留駁準之權利，若您上傳之證件有任何異常之虞，本公司得要求您提供其他輔助證件作為驗證之用。

建議您可於下單前完成身份認證流程，避免耽誤服務之開通。

1. 在您登入帳號後，您可於官方網站右上角之選單中，點擊身份認證，進入身份認證表單。

2. 在您準備好相關證明文件後，請點擊驗證，將證件之檔案上傳。
3. 本公司會於 3 個工作日內完成審核，並告知您審核結果。
